All wreaths are handmade by me and I work on a turnaround of approximately 7 days. However, at extremely busy times this may vary.
All deliveries are sent with TNT on an overnight service and delivery charges are stated at checkout.

I put a lot of time and love into each wreath and I want you to be completely happy with your purchase. However, if you wish to return an item, please notify me within 3 days of receiving your order. Please return your item within 28 days of purchase for a full refund. Unfortunately personalised items can not be returned.
To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the condition in which you received it.
Buyers are responsible for return delivery costs.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Once received, your refund will be processed within 7-10 days.
